What customers say?

“ The food here is always delicious so decided to finally write a review. I got the empanadas for dinner and they were fresh and the meat was seasoned perfectly! Now let’s talk about the burger, I got the Mexican hamburger and this thing was huge. Lastly the margaritas here are extremely delicious and very strong. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 was service is slow. ”

“ A very nice hotel restaurant, better quality of food than one would expect. Obviously professional staff in the back, plating and taste were top notch. Service is entirely different. Front end staff seem to actively avoid contact with patrons. They talk amongst themselves, play with their phones, anything other than serve. Noone checks on you, noone wants to make eye contact. Nice place, good food, mediocre service. ”

“ I ordered a skirt steak burrito, it was very good, so I have no complaints... aside from that, we ordered room service a couple of times, so I have no complaints about the food. The only thing that bothered me was the staff's service... my son, a minor, opened the door for room service because I was showering, and he emphasized the need for a tip... my son came in to have me sign the receipt, and well... it passed... but today when we went down to dinner, there were hardly any people in the restaurant. Even so, the waiter took the order and disappeared between the dining room and the kitchen. He didn't come to ask anything. When I asked for a salt shaker, I had to ask another waiter, but he didn't bring it to me... he waited for the other one to come back... terrible service, and of course, I was upset, so when I asked for the bill to be charged to the room, I didn't include a tip, and he got upset, which was noticeable... but tips are earned for a job well done and attention well done, it's not mandatory, that's the salary. I really liked the hotel, and I hope to return... but I hope the staff doesn't feel like we guests "must" tip them, and even more so, that it's obvious to them when we don't. ”

“ The restaurant is located inside the hotel and you can park right there. The service is excellent and they have a great variety of dishes at mid-range prices, but they're 100% worth it. It's very clean and has a perfect atmosphere for a birthday or family dinner My recommendations are the pasta and the cachopo. ”

“ This restaurant is located inside the Riazor Hotel, so you can park for free. They offer a breakfast buffet and also a la carte options, which offer a wide variety. The bread is exquisite and the tableware is exceptional, making the food look fantastic. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch, or business lunches. ”

“ If you don't want to leave or stray far from the Riazur Hotel, it's fine. However, I think the quality/price ratio could be better. I recommend the tomato cream soup. The two pasta dishes I tried weren't bad, but they weren't particularly tasty either. The staff was very attentive. ”

“ It's the hotel restaurant and has a good variety of dishes, most of them delicious and of good quality, but from a personal point of view, the best thing is their sandwiches, some of the best I've ever tasted. While they say that when you eat one prepared by someone else, they're true to form here and they're 100% delicious. The breakfast is good, but nothing super delicious or impressive. If you're staying at the hotel, this is a good option for eating. ”

“ The food is delicious, the service is very attentive and friendly, I definitely recommend it 100%. ”
